"Girls Gone Wild" Boss Accused Of Rape - March 31, 2004

"Girls Gone Wild" Boss Accused Of Rape - March 31, 2004

OK, enough is enough. The whole GGW thing is overdone as it is. This a-hole apparently didn't get enough in school, so he is humpping everything is sight.

Alright, the girl was pretty stupid to go back to his room (unless she was just a tard.) He was just as foolish to bang her after their argument.

Some interesting points:
- Why invite someone you had an argument with back to your place for a party?
- Why go to someone's home you had an argument with, esp. if you think they are immoral?
- Why follow anyone into their bedroom, unless you are trying on their clothes, or other anatomy?
- Why tell someone that you had sex with them when they don't remember?
- Why wait to report a rape to the police when you got yourself checked out at the hospital anyhow?
- Why leave the frigging area where you would be pressing charges?

The cop must have been pulling his hair out.

OMG - I can't wait for the ending to this one.

Yahoo! News - Christ Movie Moves Man to Confess Murder

Yahoo! News - Christ Movie Moves Man to Confess Murder

Wow. I can't even imagine this one. God works in strange and mysterious ways. To me this sounds like a testimony.

I can hear the argument - this is just like getting finger printed - what's the matter?

OMG - I can't believe this one. This is a perfect example of say one thing and do another. The FBI does not have the right to open its informational files about private citizens to public or private corporations. This is absolutely outragous.

What are the safety features? What if there is a false positive? Will everyone be sent through the list, or only a select 'profiled' few? Isn't this giving a pretty reaching power to the private sector? It is bad enough that our livelyhoods are based on the whims of a few emotional day-traders.

Additonally, I was under the impression that our civial rights allowed us to confront our accusers. In this instance, we are being accused, possibly stopping someone from getting a job based on past history, and unable to refute, or confront the accusers. Holy crap!!! I can see the first instance of this happening. A poor legal South American immigrant will try to get a job, get profiled because his skin is light brown, find out that he has been turned down from a job and have his records tagged for life. And he won't be able to find out why because it will be locked up in some top secret room with ten judges who don't know each other but fish every weekend and discuss how best to help their oil refinery freinds get the best profit by targeting light-skinned foreign workers, getting them to work in a refinery, or on computer programs 6000 miles away, then drop the whole lot of them once their profiles are sent to the FBI for a background check. _Sounds a heck of a lot like how migrant workers get treated to me, except here companies can use the FBI to do the dirty work.

Ughhh.
