How does this resolve the other sides of the issue, like intimacy issues, STDs, multiple partners, etc. OMG, personal responsibility be damned - do what ever feels good and keeps our pregnancy numbers down for school. I am not suggesting we pass out chastity belts, but come on, these guys have to get serious. Tell the kids what they want to know...yes it feels good...yes your bodies are urging you to do it...but please wait until the right time. Once the STD rate goes through the roof, they will be suggesting masturbation parties.
